RHC Tampa Bay Diwali Festival of Lights Showcase at USF

Rural Handicrafts Company is proud to announce that The Center for India Studies at USF will be co-sponsoring the first Annual RHC Tampa Bay Diwali Festival of Lights Showcase at USF on October 24th. to be held at The Traditions Hall at Gibbons Alumni Center on the 24th of October between 12:00 pm and 3:00 pm. This event is open to the students, faculty and the general public free of charge. At this occasion, we will be releasing a commemorative hand-painted USF Bull Diwali diya and limited number collectors’ item replicas of this USF Bulls diya.
RHC will be featuring Indian cultural dances and Indian fashion shows during this event. We will also be giving away free henna tattoos and Ayurveda massages by licensed practitioners. Rural Handicrafts Company will be serving Indian snacks and drinks free of charge between 1 – 2:30 pm. Rural Handicrafts Company is an entrepreneurial venture that started out as a classroom presentation of a business plan in July 2008.
